We use some of the major shipping systems like Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx, or DHL based on the type of the parcel, delivery time, and cost. All orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. All orders from Antique Treasures are insured with no additional costs to the purchaser.

SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders can not be shipped to multiple addresses, PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. The delivery companies may require a signature upon delivery and may be shipped to you in multiple cartons depending on the size of your order. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day and any orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped from our warehouse the following day. If you require Saturday or weekend delivery, please call Customer Service to confirm. Statutory holiday delivery is not available. 

Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose.

Normal shipping services are handled by the Canada Post.

Standard delivery – depends upon the location usually delivered within three to four business days.

Expedited delivery – Two business days.

All orders valued at $600 and above get free shipping within Ontario, for orders outside Ontario discounted shipping will be offered please contact the customer service team at support@antiquetreasures.ca while ordering or after an order is placed.

Times are estimates only and are based on assuming regular business operations, excluding weekends, holidays, and unexpected warehouse closures. Delivery estimates are in no way a guaranteed delivery date. Once orders are picked up by our delivery service, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen complications with the delivery carrier, incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses, weather, other natural causes, or other factors outside our control.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the time of purchase. In the event a customer enters and confirms an order with the wrong shipping address and fails to notify Antique Treasures (Aquabid Canada Inc.) Customer Care before the order is packed and shipped, the customer will be held responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrect shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a new order (if required) to the correct address.

We use reliable delivery services that offer sophisticated tracking systems to monitor the status and confirm the delivery of all shipments. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for delivering the order lies with the delivery service. Accordingly, in the event a customer claims an order was not received, the tracking information, along with any delivery confirmation, in the delivery service's tracking system will serve as proof of delivery.

DAMAGED OR BROKEN GOODS

Antique Treasures will accept the return of any product that has been damaged during transportation or with a manufacturing defect.

In an unfortunate case of breakage or damage during shipping, the purchaser will have 24 hours from the time of receipt of the goods to contact our Customer Service Department (support@antiquetreasures.ca) where the purchaser will be informed of the procedure to return the goods. 

Damaged goods will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Please note, all purchases are final. In special cases, goods returned will be reimbursed in the form of store credit or on an exchange basis.
